Who are your programmes for?
Every level of an organisation, from operational and frontline staff (L0) to P&L and business-line owners (L6). Programmes run in three tracks: Ignite for frontline staff and first-time managers, Elevate for middle management, and Ascend for senior leaders.
Which sectors do you work with?
Most of our work is in BFSI, healthcare, heavy machinery and IT / ITES. The same frameworks adapt to manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, education and energy.
Do you deliver in regional languages?
Yes. Sessions and vernacular workbooks are available in 12+ languages, and the learning app offers 10 Indian languages alongside English.
Where do sessions take place?
At your locations, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns. Sessions are live and cohort-based, run in person or online, by our trained facilitators.
How long does a programme run?
It depends on what needs to change. Our case studies range from a five-session cohort for Madurai tech companies to a nine-month journey at Aravind and a two-year senior leadership programme.
How do you customise a programme?
We start with research: surveys, interviews and observation on the ground. What we find shapes the track, the examples, the language and the format. We never start with content.
What happens after the sessions?
Learning continues through workbooks, live projects and reminders participants keep at their desks, and on Poornatha's learning app with short courses, podcasts and activities.
